Maryam Mahmoudi

I am a computational biologist and a last-year PhD student at the University of Tuebingen in the lab of Prof. Dr. Eric Kemen. During my PhD, I focus on microbial interactions.

Currently, I am preparing for my PhD defense and looking for a Postdoc position to continue my journey in microbiome and computational biology research.

Research focus

I am working with multiple metagenomic datasets from both environmental and laboratory settings to investigate key questions using machine learning and network analysis:
